Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable items — including Loop Packs, Logic Pro Templates, Gospel MIDI Files, eBooks, and Mixing & Mastering Presets — are considered final once the product has been delivered and downloaded.
However, we are fully committed to delivering the absolute best customer experience and standing behind the quality of our products.
If you experience a technical issue, accidental duplicate purchase, corrupted files, or believe the product was not delivered as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at customersupport@perfectpitchmusic.art.

The email used at checkout
A detailed description of the issue
Screenshots (if applicable)
Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue through troubleshooting support, file replacement, updated downloads, or compatibility guidance (especially for Logic Pro templates and presets).
If a resolution cannot be reached after reasonable support efforts, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Upon receiving a refund, you agree to permanently delete all downloaded files and discontinue use of the product. Any refunded digital product may not be used, shared, reproduced, or distributed in any form.
