By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Digital Products & License
All products sold on this website — including Loop Packs, Logic Pro Templates, Gospel MIDI Files, eBooks, and Mixing & Mastering Presets — are digital downloads and are licensed, not sold, to you.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product for personal and commercial music production purposes, subject to the limitations below.
You may:
Use sounds, MIDI files, and presets in your own music productions.
Release music commercially that includes these sounds.
Modify the files for use within your own productions.
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, or transfer the files.
Upload the files to file-sharing platforms.
Include the files in other sample packs, templates, or competing products.
Claim the original sounds, templates, or presets as your own standalone product.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Perfect Pitch Music.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final once delivered.
However, we are committed to delivering excellent customer service. If you experience technical issues, corrupted files, duplicate purchases, or believe the product was not delivered as described, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

We will first attempt to resolve the issue through troubleshooting or file replacement. Refunds may be granted at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.
If a refund is issued, you agree to permanently delete all downloaded files and discontinue use of the product.
3. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property

Product descriptions
Branding
Logos
Graphics
Audio demos
Educational materials
eBook content
is the intellectual property of Perfect Pitch Music and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
5. Compatibility Disclaimer
Some products (such as Logic Pro Templates and Presets) require specific software versions or third-party plugins.
It is your responsibility to:
Review product requirements before purchase.
Ensure compatibility with your DAW version and operating system.
We are not responsible for incompatibility due to outdated software or missing plugins clearly listed in the product description.
6. Limitation of Liability
Perfect Pitch Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our products:
In any unlawful manner.
In a way that violates copyright law.
To create competing digital products.
To distribute standalone samples or MIDI files.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
